I had a short phone interview with the head of the team I was interviewing for. I was then brought into the office for my first interview, which was a one on one. The questions were pretty standard, and I felt very at ease during the interview. An assessment test was given to gauge my experience levels. They followed up within a week for a second interview with a panel made up of upper management. This interview assessed if I would be a good fit with the culture of the company. I received a job offer a few days later.
