Very negative experience with CARIAD. Applied online and got an email that they are interested and would like to proceed. How? Straight 8-hour take-home assignment, without a single intro convo to get to know each other first. This is a huge disrespect of candidates' time. I rejected it without any hesitation.

3 interviews: First informal interview very nice with technical/management staff. Second interview with technical staff very nice. Third interview with a random HR guy that pretending to be able to know the candidate after 1 hour of irrelevant questions and what is worst, it took some answers out of context and evaluated the candidate that way.
