Several Phone Interviews, everyone was very pleasant and easy to talk to. They had "typical" interview questions but more about personality and your plan in life. They said there are several spots they need filled because the company is growing. They just want to make sure everyone is in the right place for them.

Extremely long drawn out process. At least 13 other candidates and five people conducting interviews. You go through a round of 3-4 interviews and they make their decision. They also make you fill out a personality test and two writing assessments during that time. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. It is supposed to be an entry position but they expect you to know everything and conduct projects at home..
