Words cannot express how unprofessional this whole process was. In all honesty, I was convinced that the interview had gone well. It was my first in person interview since COVID, and I had to drive nearly an hour to get to the company. I arrived for the interview on time, but was asked to wait for an extra fifteen minutes before getting called in. Overall, the interview process went well. Both the Vice President and his colleague were incredibly kind. They answered every question that I had and they even gave me a tour of the place right after. From how both the VP and Colleague spoke, they gave me the impression that the position was pretty much mine. Unfortunately however, after several follow-up emails, the unprofessional VP did not get back to me or give me any update whatsoever. I wasted my time, gas, and energy on a company that didn't even give a potential hire the respect of a rejection. Overall, this company is unprofessional and a waste of time.
