First, there was an interview on Skype. After deciding they want to meet with me, they had me come into their office. They asked me to perform chemistry type questions and to show my math in Excel. It was poorly worded and confusing. I have no problems with chemistry or Excel, but I was basically told "go for it" with no explanation on what to do. They also had me write a hypothetical letter to a client explaining the important of safety goggles. After I had completed the tasks, a formal face-to-face interview was performed. Overall, I would say this was a strange interview process.
Even after all of that, they did not have the courtesy to let me know they were not going to pick me. It has been well over a month of no response. Don't expect a response from them. You're wasting your time if they have no interest in you.
