I walked in asked me what days I can work and if I'm comfortable speaking loudly and interacting with customers. Then they do a drug test and call you back when you pass the background check.

CDS has a great interview process. Hiring takes seven to ten days. Very user friendly online system to apply and onboard. Management is great. Company is very structured and systematic.

It was relaxed, and the manager was very nice. We went over basic rules of the job and asked some retail questions. It was one interview and lasted about 10 minutes.
