Fairly easy interview. One round, mostly asking if I could perform job duties. One on one in an office, asking about being a team player and such. Follow up with a drug test.

CDS has a great interview process. Hiring takes seven to ten days. Very user friendly online system to apply and onboard. Management is great. Company is very structured and systematic.

It was relaxed, and the manager was very nice. We went over basic rules of the job and asked some retail questions. It was one interview and lasted about 10 minutes.

There are few questions asked during the interview. Few information about yourself and experience. Also question about your availability. You have to be available at least for a weekend in a week.
