I applied online and they called me in 2 weeks. I was first interviewed at phone and then they called me in for a in person interiew.They just give u a simple product to do short sale role play

Entrevista
CDS has a great interview process. Hiring takes seven to ten days. Very user friendly online system to apply and onboard. Management is great. Company is very structured and systematic.

It was relaxed, and the manager was very nice. We went over basic rules of the job and asked some retail questions. It was one interview and lasted about 10 minutes.
