Informal, two interviewers.
My interview was supposed to be an hour and ended up being 2.5 hours.
They continued to ask questions about my experience in the software industry and personal life.
At the end they said I would receive feedback the following week and received nothing.
I realise in hindsight they were just extracting information and providing fake interviews, probably because they're working nights and there's no manager around to check what they're doing.
Never in my life have I met people as Machiavellian as them, probing into my life and what I was doing in my spare time.
I felt like I had to continue talking and talking and ended up telling them about my business, my side income, even my family business.
I gave them insights into my prior career and they gave very little about the job and what was expected.
Now I understand why this support firm has attack dogs on standby in the car park. They're absolute b*st*rds. If I were a company planning to getting support from them just know your information is not safe, they're extracting your business insights for themselves.
I would personally avoid them at all costs unless you intend of saturating your business activity with the world.

A silly sheet of questions like "highlight this text field in blue"
The process was very quick, was able to get feedback following my interview next day and was able to start straight away. The interview process it self was very relaxed, was more of a discussion to get to know you as a person and you previous experiences. With some hypothetical questions to gain an insight on reactions. Also asking about what the company stands for and the services they provide.
