I was referred by an employee. Filled out the online application. It took about 2-3 weeks to hear from the recruiter, and asked to set up a phone interview. Standard questions, tell me about a time you had to deal with a difficult customer, etc. The next step was a recorded interview, which was kind of awkward. They have you download an application, and there are pre-recorded interview questions from managers, and then you have to record yourself answering them. After that, there was a phone interview with the program manager. More standard questions. Then there was an interview with who would ultimately be my manager if I graduated the program successfully.

Everything was fully remote, but pretty standard as far as interviews go. What stood out however was the quick communication and decision making compared to other interview processes.
