Despite CDW's reputation as churning and burning sales reps, I figured I'd try to apply here since it is similar to what I do now. After applying for this role I was emailed a link to conduct a 'digital interview'. The 'digital interview' consisted of 7 questions to which you had to record a video of yourself answering. After each question was prompted, you had 30 seconds to record your answer. You can retry up to 3 times. After completing the 'digital interview', I was sent a link to complete a character assessment. Over the course of about 3 days, I had not interacted with 1 actual human. This felt more like a dating app or trying out for one of those MTV shows than an actual interview. The whole process is very impersonal and quite weird considering a sales representative talks to real people. Don't apply here. Save yourself and apply elsewhere to a company that actually wants to speak with you and get to know YOU.

Tell me about a time when you tried to assist someone, but there was a difference between your understanding of the situation and the other person's understanding. Describe the specific situation, the actions you took, and how the situation was resolved.
Went through a series of three interviews. After the final interview, waited a while to hear back, to be told they went with a different candidate. Didn’t understand why it took so long to hear back.
pretty bad interview process did not enjoy the process, and called me but did not return the call after after decided to cancel all interviews with the company when I found out that the pay would be less than at other jobs

Entrevista
HR rep over the phone was very nice and covered a lot of the details of the position in our initial phone call. Gave me a great starting point to see if I wanted to move forward with the interview process.
