After I submitted my application, they sent me an email to complete a computer generated interview. There were 3-4 questions and we had a minute to prepare and could record up to 3 times. Then I had a phone interview with a recruiter with basic behavioral questions. She was very nice and easy to talk to. I then had an in person meeting with the supply chain manager.
