Phone interview with recruiter then personality test. If you pass that the final round is a in-person interview with a sales manager and a tour of the office with your recruiter. Most people get the job once they get to the actual office interview. Just act dynamic and be confident once you get to the final round. Most questions are behavioral and they just want a chance to get to know who you are. Turned it down due to low base salary. Planning on moving to California next year and your accounts don't start rolling in money till like your 3rd year, then its big bucks.

All stars based behavioral questions. There was one sales based question about if a competitor left you for another company for a cheaper product, what would you do to persuade them back to CDW.
Very fast process. A recruiter reached out to me and we had a phone interview a few days later. The recruiter was very friendly and asks questions to get to know you and also gave information about the position. After that a one on one interview is scheduled that it is way more thorough. Do your homework because the questions are very specific and be prepared for "what would you do in this situation" type of questions. I took the time to prepare and it went very well. Sales manager was super friendly!

Entrevista
I applied online and passed 20 minute assessment test online. The very next day I was contacted by the Recruiter of CDW and we scheduled a phone interview for the next day. The phone interview lasted about 40 minutes and included standard behavioral questions. The Recruiter with the name Dione was polite and helpful at certain moments. Although I was not invited for the in-person interview, the overall experience was very useful for my future employment search.

The interview process seemed pretty straight forward. they asked behavioral questions wanting you to answer using the STAR method. It was a two part process first interview was conducted after passing an personality test and was over the phone. the second interview was in the actual office.
