The interview was a 4-part process. It begins with the initial HR screening wherein you will be asked about yourself and how you can be successful in this position. After the HR, you will then be interviewed by your potential managers and technical lead. I would say the questions are pretty standard and easy. You just have to be yourself. I interviewed for the Cisco Routing-Switching position, and the technical questions are related to that field. Overall, it was a very good experience. All the questions were straightforward. There were no trick questions and/or curve balls. The managers and HR staff will provide you all the information/details regarding the position.

I was referred by another employee and heard back for an interview within a week or so if I remember correctly. Multiple culture fit / interpersonal interviews and a technical. Everything was fully remote, but pretty standard as far as interviews go. What stood out however was the quick communication and decision making compared to other interview processes. I had a recruiter to answer any questions along the way, and everyone involved was transparent with the process and any feedback.
