I think you gotta practice how to interview, very very poor structured, like lazy student homework vibe.
You know cliche, recruiter call, EM, 1 tech, 1 sys.
Recruiter changed the order right before the technical one, I asked what wil l be the focus : no answer, ambigious - framework specific? no answer, LC like : no answer.
Technical round was weird as hell, a simple typescript express controller review session (role is c#, java heavy), but I managed it well because it's my current stack, even got a feedback indicating I checked all the boxes.
Sys design: asked what will be the context, no answer again. I was asked the HTTP, how to make an app multi tenant and some very generic questions. when you ask generic, you receive generic answers, interviewer corrected me about their intention time to time, I guess they expected me to read their minds, but yea. I would not even ask these to juniors, too simple and saturated. I was expecting some STAR-hellointerview like questions.
Eventually failed with no reason? I asked simple feedback after 6 rounds. Ghosted. Shady process, spend your time visely somewhere else, seems like new hires are overlooked. Who knows what's the motivation behind?
