The interview is very random and not clear job description or salary. The salaries are below market range. The job place is like a villa where people are living at . The HR are not professional at all and they don't give any feedback. I had to call to know the interview result.

Two round of interviews, first over the phone with operation director, second in person at the Los Angeles office. Interview was straight forward over the phone, second round was to meet everyone in person and see the physical location.
