CERN recruitement process is a bit weird in the sense that you are not applying to one particular position but rather to a programme. Many teams will receive your application and afterwards you can be called for an interview or even be accepted solely based on the submitted work.

There was a SONRU process which was challenging. And you need to be relax as much as possible during the video interview. However, at the end you will have a part that you can add your additional comments and wuestions which was helpful.
