The interview process was clear and I was able to meet with the entire Customer Success Management team after interviewing with them each. I was also given a chance to meet with Senior Leadership to get their perspective on the company and where they see the company heading.

They asked about my Customer Success/Account Management Style and 3 things I hold as priority when speaking with Customers.
It was a 30 minute phone call with recruiter talking about yourself and how you fit with the culture. Also received a take home test a day later to create three emails for provided prospects. They give you three business days to complete it.
