From cesc recruit consultancy I was sort listed for their interview. I was well prepared for this interview. Interview actually covers my theoretical as well as practical professional knowledge. And I was lucky one to fulfil their satisfaction. But as my job profile not matched with my current profile, I decline their offer however the salary negotiation.

Campus interview : company mostly hire from college campus and questions asked from technical field and difficulty is moderate in nature.....
Placement cell of colleges assist the process of recruitment and compensation is also good
The interviewers were very friendly and amiable. They would not let you feel like you are being interrogated. I was quite satisfied with the interview experience. The questions asked were from very basic fundamentals.
