The interview process was very simple. I was given an over-skype interview which made things less stressful. At first I waited for about 2 weeks after being told I would be getting an answer in approximately a week. I was then told that they had taken someone else. A week after that, I was told by the person who referred me that the person they accepted decided to quit due to the hours situation. I then spoke to the management again to "check in" on the person they had hired instead, knowing full well that he had just quit. The plan worked and they told me that the spots open now and if I would like I could start training ASAP.
