Initial contact made through LinkedIn, received a phone call some weeks later to schedule interview within a few days. Interview was held via conference call. Interview itself was a standard two person panel interview, with some challenging questions asked by both interviewers. Some answers asked by interviewee could not be answered by interviewers (when do you expect to make a decision on this position?)
