First part of the interview will be with the hiring manager. You will be completing forms and some questionnaires before the interview starts. Briefly after the interview, the team leader or a higher management person from the sector you are applying to will then carry out a detailed interview with you after they have studied your CV and knowing a little background of yours. They then describe the duties and responsibilities this position is looking for. If everything goes well, the candidate may have the opportunity to be taken for a visit to the showroom explaining who their clients are and the current projects they are working on.
