The recruiter, who appeared to be relatively new to the role, conducted the interview with a condescending attitude from the start. Although the interview was scheduled to last approximately 30 minutes, it was concluded in less than 10 minutes. The overall experience was disappointing; the recruiter seemed distracted—possibly even using her phone during the conversation—and her manner was both rude and unprofessional. Based on this interaction, I would not recommend CFS in the New England area to others seeking employment opportunities. If there are better options available, it is advisable to pursue them, unless one does not mind unprofessional and discourteous treatment

Entrevista
Process was good up until the time I was supposed to know if I got the job or not. After the interview, they never contacted me. I had to hound them to get them on the phone. Communication breakdown!
I spoke with their internal recruiter first for a pre-screen phone call. It was about a 15 minute long call. By the end of the call she said I'd hear from her again to set up a Teams meeting with the Manager overseeing the position. Had a 30-45 minute call with her, then once the interview was over she had asked what my availability was for an on-site interview. I was interviewed by two managers who were former ER's at CFS, they were warm and welcoming while also maintaining a high-level of professionalism. Overall very swift and pleasant experience.
