Recruitment firm approached me for the role, the first round was a video call, followed by an In person interview in the Mayfair Office with Operations manager, firm seemed friendly and warm.

Entrevista
I was contacted by a recruiter and got an interview on the basis of my CV. It was an in-person conversational interview at their offices with two directors lasting about an hour. I heard back two days afterwards with feedback that while my skills and experience were good, there was no 'culture click'.
