I applied through Naukri. HR called me and scheduled interview for the next day. I went to attend interview, after waiting for 3 to 4 hours, HR informed me you are not eligible for interview as you have career gap. See how irresponsible the HR's are. If they don't consider career gap people then why they scheduled interview. I wasted my whole day for that interview and travelled long distance. Finally they disappointed me with their attitude. Don't take people for granted. Respect their time as well.
