The interview was done through over the phone communication to discuss what the internship would entail. There wasn't much pressure during the interview which made me comfortable enough to answer the questions with a clear mind. The focus was placed primarily on my current job experience in order to discuss transferable skills which made the interview even easier.

Applied through my schools job board. Got a call about a week later to come in and have an interview with my optential managaer. General questions were asked about my past two jobs and some of my skill. Theytook sometime to talk about the job and explain the role to me.
