CGI hiring process involves writing eLitmus tests (for Freshers) and Referral programs(For Freshers & Experienced).
The interview call letter are done based on your eLitmus score. At the company, the next round is an aptitude test, followed by a group discussion (depends on the freshers filtered in the first round), followed by technical round and finally HR.

"Are you ok with working in shifts?"
This according to me is a difficult and confusing question. Because job seeker thinks that its purely a support based job they are getting into. But NO, even the development and testing projects have shift based timings.

Three rounds 2 tech one hr round is there it's easy to moderate. And u should aware abt wt u have written in resume. After joining toxic environment not that supportive initally pretend to be not suggest to join
It was very nice experience. Very smooth and good interview. I loved it .gr eat experience. Question were really practical and enjoyed while answering them . Staff is very well matured.
The interview had two rounds tecchnical and hr. First i had technical interview and the next day followed by the hr in the technical interview i was asked about my previous year experiences.
