There was an initial screening round for 45 minutes which was easy where I was asked technical questions related to scrum and previous experience.
The second round was a conducted a week later and was quite difficult for 45 minutes again. I was told that it would be a managerial round and I was asked questions based on various real time scenarios, data and burn down charts.
I appreciated the format and the effort the interviewer had put in for this. But here is my concern - There were two panellists out of which one was the hiring manager who seemed totally disinterested. She did not ask me any questions. Only at the end it seemed like she just asked a few questions for formality sake, without making any eye contact, in an extremely bored tone of voice like she was forced to be present there. It was highly discouraging and disrespectful.
My request to panelists - please treat your candidates with respect.
