Entrevista
1- Phone interview in response to the online application, it was a minimal interview just to discuss salary expectations and previous job qualifications
2- HR interview - pretty much same as the first interview just in person; the interviewer was nice but he promptly left the company after; he actually got me about 4% more than the salary i had asked for!
3- Interview with Manager: she was nice too but left CGI within 3 months of hiring me
The interview process was a really positive experience. The interviewers were approachable, the process was transparent, and the conversations felt genuine. I felt comfortable throughout and appreciated the way the team engaged with me.
First round was a behavioral interview after meeting the recruiter at a career fair at my school. Second round was at the headquarters in Fairfax. I would coordinate with the recruiter throughout the day, but the interviews were with current employees. All the interviews were behavioral, but they asked about technical experience as wel.
