In pre placement talk, they explain about their company by presentation for the students.Then after that aptitude test is conducted which includes basic aptitude of 25 questions to be answered in 30 minutes.after that the result had been given and for first time for the first company i got into next round.The next round is group discussion with a group comprising of 12 members including myself.
I was given a topic regarding even and odd car system in Delhi,women equality. I got out in group discussion round.

Moderate level interview and asked basic java and react questions and some coding questions on both tech stack.It was three rounds of interview 2 technical and 1 managerial round.Interview went smoothly and joined the company with in a week.They mostly prefer immediate joiners.
Drive for backend developer interview process is easy for 4 year experience Level-1, and Level-2 and HR discussion will complete in a day itslef. Questions will asked based on resume and our past work experience

Online Assessment (AMCAT/Written Round)This is typically the first hurdle and is often conducted on platforms like AMCAT. It features a sectional cut-off, meaning you must perform well across all categories. Quantitative Aptitude: Basic math, time and work, speed and distance, and algebra.Logical Reasoning: Data interpretation (graphs/tables) and logical sequences. Verbal Ability: Synonyms, antonyms, and reading comprehension. Coding Section: Usually 2 questions (45 minutes) focusing on Arrays, String manipulation, and Sorting algorithms.
