      Candidatei-me online. Fui entrevistado pela CGI em dez. de 2024

      Entrevista

      Applied: 16/11/2024 Invitation to assessment centre: 27/11/2025 (with AC on 4/12/2024) AC (9:30am-12:30pm) consisted of: - Info of the company. - Group exercise (3-4 people per group): choose 1 of 3 technologies, create a product/service, allocate a budget, and plan a presentation about the product and its benefits. Present to the assessor and answer any questions that have. - Individual exercise: write an email summary of the product/service - More info about the company. (We were told that not everyone in that AC has applied to the same role, groups seemed to be allocated based on what you applied to, were told at least half of those in the AC that day would get offered a job (not sure if this was true)) Individual interview (post AC, 6/12/2024): - 1 hour long. - I was told there would be 1 interviewer but there were 2. I felt like I was being grilled non-stop for an hour. - CGI emphasises the interview as a “two-way process,” but the experience felt heavily one-sided, with back-to-back questions. - Some of the questions had follow-up questions based on the answers given. - One interviewer felt hostile. - The interviewers nearly forgot to provide me with an opportunity to ask questions. When I did get the chance, I felt rushed, as the hostile interviewer had another meeting scheduled immediately after. As a result, I couldn’t fully explore the insights I had hoped to gain about CGI and the role. Post interview: - Emailed a member of the early careers dep on 3/1/2025 for outcome update (no response). - 6/1/2025: Finally received outcome (rejected). If you want feedback then you can email to get this. - Emailed on 6/1/2025 for feedback (no response). - Emailed on 13/1/2025 for feedback (no response). - Emailed those I met from early careers dep during AC to get feedback along with feedback for them based on my experience on 22/1/2025. Got an email back on 27/1/2025 saying he will "...ensure that this is put together for you asap so that the experience can still have been as valuable one as possible for you.". - Currently: 8/2/2025, STILL awaiting the feedback!
