The interview was well organized. Relatable questions and time allowed was adequate. There was an initial test - which is timed, then a panel interview.
Communication was through email and the interview was conducted via zoom. They sent the links three days in advance

Entrevista
I applied for a position and a recruiter contacted me within a few weeks to let me know I had been shortlisted. Before I spoke to a human, had any discussion on salary range alignment (no salary info was listed in the posting), or any basic details like availability, etc. I was invited to do an (unpaid) 90 minute "technical assignment." The assignment was in line with the JD but completely unrealistic for an only 90 minute assignment. After submitting the assignment, the recruiter confirmed receipt. I never heard back. After a few weeks I followed-up and got a vague response that they needed more time. I never heard back after that. Very careless about the use of people's time and disappointed by the lack of feedback or follow-up.

Entrevista
The interview process was simple and straightforward. They asked me about previous general experience, ability to use certain digital tools, and industry-specific knowledge. Overall the process was comfortable and the person I spoke to kind and considerate.
