My interview experience with CHG Healthcare started very positively. The recruiter and interviewers were friendly, professional, and approachable throughout the process. After my final interview, the recruiter informed me that the team liked my profile and enjoyed interviewing me, and mentioned they were just waiting to provide final feedback and hopefully an offer. This left me feeling confident about the outcome.
However, after the final round, I never received any feedback. Even the same people who were always available to answer questions during the process did not respond, despite multiple follow-ups. The lack of communication after the final interview was disappointing and unprofessional, especially given how positive and responsive the experience had been up until that point.
While the initial recruitment process was smooth and engaging, the absence of follow-up feedback left a negative impression. I hope CHG Healthcare can improve communication with candidates post-interview to ensure a more complete and respectful candidate experience.
