The first interview I was pretty nervous. However, the manager was nice and personable, they called me back that day for a second interview. The second interview was a little more disorganized, I was supposed to meet with a few different people but they didn't show up, so I proceeded to do the whiteboard questions with the two people who did. I was called for a third interview shortly after, the next one is where I got to meet the team, I was told that I had passed the hard parts. This interview went terribly, first I met with the team and they introduced themselves, however it was a grill fest after, technical questions I was told I wouldn’t have at this stage. The manager I had already met and passed two interviews with seemed distracted and played on his phone the entire time. I had more whiteboarding and they had me solve the same problems I had already done. In the end they told me I wasn't senior enough for the position and was asked if I would take a lower salary, I agreed but then they decided that they didn't want me anymore. Very unprofessional. No feedback and three useless interviews of whiteboarding to get to the end and have it fall down.
