Entrevista
There is an initial phone screen followed by a series of in-person interviews with various leaders. There are formatted questions in the interview but there was also plenty of time for me to ask my questions. They are very transparent in the interview as to whether or not they have any concerns.

There were none, really. There's a cultural fit portion, which is great because I really wanted to be sure I found the right cultural fit.
