I was first emailed by a CHG recruiter to schedule a phone screening interview. This is where the recruiter gets a feel for who you are and if you would make a good fit for the company. If you move forward after the screening, you will be scheduled for a Zoom interview with a few people from the team you will be working with. Be ready to answer questions using the STAR method. Also, have some fun facts about yourself ready to go!

The interview process was detailed prior to and I knew what to expect. It was professional and very welcoming. It was comfortable which allowed myself to express myself professionally and on a personal level.
