I applied online and received an email to take a grammar & spelling test two days later. Got a call a week after that for a quick phone interview and then to schedule an interview two days after that. The interviewer was young, seemed inexperienced, and asked me questions straight from a worksheet. Apparently the administrative coordinator and the assignment coordinator positions are both just "lead" type job postings. They had several different job openings when they interviewed me and wanted to see if I would be a good fit for one of them.
