Online application and personality a test that has since been stopped. Callback within week from a manager. Setup of interview by staff you will be working with. Schedule for drug test. HR interview and negotiation of salary and bonus. Initial offer standard by years experience. Negotiations delt with specific strengths/skills they needed at the time. Scheduled standard orientation that took most of two weeks. ntire process application to 1st day on job took about a month.

I think it was a very straightforward interview. I Answered questions about my background and I asked them questions about the department. It was low stress and personable. The people were very down to earth.

Interviewed on 3 units, panel interview was conducted with questions about my experience and personality. I was also given a rundown on how things worked on the unit, what the unit saw on a daily basis, and what the unit was looking for in a nurse.
