Phone interview with director. Very clear and precise . Friendly. I felt comfortable I asked questions pertains to the unit. This is my first travel assignment with this hospital. I was asked questions about my years of service, skills ability, nursing knowledge and future goals.

Interviewed on 3 units, panel interview was conducted with questions about my experience and personality. I was also given a rundown on how things worked on the unit, what the unit saw on a daily basis, and what the unit was looking for in a nurse.
