Interviewer was distracted and interrupted. Surprisingly sophmoric questions. No big picture discussion. Unfortunate since I am a candidate that will excel in the role. Totally uninterested after interviewing. Would like to have interviewed with a strong interviewer. This is why panel interviews are preferred. Can make up for a weak single interviewer.
