CHS is slow at getting back to you. Easy to get an interview, but the follow though on if they want you or not is slow. Panel type of interview process.

The time of the hiring process was very lengthy. It lasted roughly 5 weeks and the interview itself took over 2 hours. I toured the facility and got to meet some of the folks I would be working with if I accepted the position.
