Expect 2 interviews from the HR; First one is just about why you want to work with them and they will work you through some services they offer. Second interview is to talk about your resume and how it relates to the position you are applying for. Expect some behavioural questions as well.

Were there any expectations in your previous job? Did you have any sales target and how did you meet it.
Quick and easy. Was smooth as I knew the manager ( met her at my previous job). Would recommend to apply on careers page. Good company to work for. Ueuej

Really quick. There wasn’t a lot of questions and I was contacted each week. It was quite short and they really needed people. Most of the questions were basic and focused on customer service rather than balancing.
Just asked to do the assessment task and failed me. This has been happening with the CIBC since 2 years despite getting interviews from other banks. I don't know what could be the problem.
