2 rounds of interview, both behavioral. I applied through the b-school career portal. The process was very fast and they let me know the results promptly. First round was held at school and second round at CIBC office.

First HR Round, fairly easy. Next and final round, post introductions, case solution summary in 7 mins. Step by step case solution, discussion and recommendations followed by questions from the interviewee.

Interview process had 3 people, diverse panel with friendly conversations. I applied through online application, after the company came to my school to talk about the program. One online interview and one face-to-face interview happened.
