I was recruited by the CIBC HR staff and contacted through LinkedIN. I had one phone call interview with the HR department, followed by one in-person interview by the hiring manager. The hiring manager hired me on the spot, pending background and licence checks. All went well and I started in a few weeks.

My friend referred me to area manager, met face to face, ask basic question and see me this pen case. everything goes well, got passed because this role is a bit senior position for me who have 0 banking experience.

apply online, got a call later, did interview. Its a senior level role, gaurenteed base with commission. You have to be a hunter- willing to do the 50-100 calls/per day (which is completely doable) and be a closer.
