Fairly standard interview process for a bank. Initial interview was by phone with an HR representative. Standard questions: Name your best strength, name one of your weaknesses, etc. Second interview was with the manager who would be overseeing me. Once again, fairly standard. Asked questions pertaining to confidentiality, compliance, and some specifics pertaining to the job. Was asked to speak in french for a portion of the interview as the position was bilingual.

2. Hiring Manager Interview

Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 1 semana. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa CIBC (Toronto, ON).
Entrevista
There were 3 rounds of interviews. One interview, which was a technical test. Another round with the hiring manager, and a final round of interviews with executives. The technical questions were quite detailed and difficult.
Good and lot of sql questions. Generic behavioural questions and stakeholder management , prioritization of tasks and situational questions were asked.
