It was relaxed and very straightforward with typical interview questions. There was a simulation to determine how you react to different scenarios. Also, they ask you various question related to your position.

Entrevista
Asked a fee generic questions such as “Tell me about a time you had to deal with a dispute/difficult customer”, “Tell me about a time you exceeded expectations”. Then the interviewer just asked about my experience.
