Hiring manager asked situational/roleplay questions. Also about past work experience as fsr. Asked me questions in order to check by ability to handle pressure while dealing with clients. Background and previous employment check takes some time after you are selected.

Gave me a scenario and then did a roleplay on that by becoming the customer and I was the cashier.
Quick and easy. Was smooth as I knew the manager ( met her at my previous job). Would recommend to apply on careers page. Good company to work for. Ueuej

Entrevista
Really quick. There wasn’t a lot of questions and I was contacted each week. It was quite short and they really needed people. Most of the questions were basic and focused on customer service rather than balancing.
Just asked to do the assessment task and failed me. This has been happening with the CIBC since 2 years despite getting interviews from other banks. I don't know what could be the problem.
