Applied through company portal followed by two rounds of in person interview one by manager and second by manager of the team and the next round to be followed was HR round.

Entrevista
Really quick. There wasn’t a lot of questions and I was contacted each week. It was quite short and they really needed people. Most of the questions were basic and focused on customer service rather than balancing.
Just asked to do the assessment task and failed me. This has been happening with the CIBC since 2 years despite getting interviews from other banks. I don't know what could be the problem.
