Asked a lot of behavioural questions and previous experience working with sales and sales target. The hr manager was pretty friendly, very casual and easy process. As i did not meet some of the accreditations, I was offered another position. The overall experience was pretty good, it prepared me for future interviews
Quick and easy. Was smooth as I knew the manager ( met her at my previous job). Would recommend to apply on careers page. Good company to work for. Ueuej

Really quick. There wasn’t a lot of questions and I was contacted each week. It was quite short and they really needed people. Most of the questions were basic and focused on customer service rather than balancing.
Just asked to do the assessment task and failed me. This has been happening with the CIBC since 2 years despite getting interviews from other banks. I don't know what could be the problem.
