I applied through Linkedin, And within 2 days I received an email from HR for 1 on 1 interview on MS teams. This was the 1st round. After HR round if we get selected we get an interview with Hiring Manager.

Much better than most other banks. One phone interview and one in-person interview with manager. I was hired by the manager and found out that I was accepted for the position on the spot which is also very appreciated. Interview process's have become ridiculous
